Saida is a Dutch Yoga Teacher 500+hrs RYT on Ibiza where she enjoys facilitating the (he)art of Yoga.
Just as Saida listens to her own state of mind or body she will observe and listen to yours. If I came to my private yoga classes with her with specific needs she would help me to get over it or ease into it, whatever felt best.
